  WESTERN RICHLAND COUNTY IN CENTRAL SOUTH CAROLINA...
  SOUTHEASTERN NEWBERRY COUNTY IN CENTRAL SOUTH CAROLINA...

* UNTIL 1145 PM EDT

* AT 838 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN THAT WILL CAUSE
  URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO THREE
  INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  LEXINGTON...IRMO...BATESBURG...RED BANK...BATESBURG-LEESVILLE...
  LEESVILLE...CHAPIN...GILBERT...SUMMIT...LITTLE MOUNTAIN...
  POMARIA...PEAK AND LAKE MURRAY OF RICHLAND.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1 TO 2 INCHES IS EXPECTED OVER THE AREA. THIS
ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL MAKE MINOR FLOODING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
