* UNTIL 115 AM HST

* AT 1014 PM HST...RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAINFALL WITH RAINFALL
  RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR ON THE KONA SLOPES FROM HOLUALOA
  NORTHWARD TO THE KONA VILLAGE RESORT, AS WELL AS IN THE LEEWARD
  KOHALA AREA NEAR KAWAIHAE. MINOR FLOODING AND PONDING OF WATER ON
  ROADWAYS CAN BE EXPECTED.

* LOCATIONS IN THE ADVISORY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO...
  KAILUA-KONA...KONA VILLAGE RESORT...PUUANAHULU...KAHALUU-KEAUHOU...
  KALAOA...KEAUHOU...HOLUALOA AND HONALO.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

STAY AWAY FROM STREAMS...DRAINAGE DITCHES AND LOW LYING AREAS PRONE TO
FLOODING.

RAINFALL AND RUNOFF WILL ALSO CAUSE HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS DUE
TO PONDING...REDUCED VISIBILITY AND POOR BRAKING ACTION.

DO NOT CROSS FAST FLOWING OR RISING WATER IN YOUR VEHICLE...OR ON
FOOT. TURN AROUND...DON`T DROWN.
