People with interests along the river should take the necessary precautions to
protect life and property from the flood waters.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Northeast Cape Fear Near Burgaw.
* until further notice.
* At  7:30 PM Sunday the stage was 13.04 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 14.7 feet by Wednesday
  morning then begin falling.
* Impact...At 15.2 feet...The approaches to the bridge at Lanes Ferry on Highway
  210 may be flooded. Much of White Stocking Road is closed. At the wildlife
  ramp on Shaw Highway, ramp is underwater and parking lot is half full of
  water.

* At  5:46 PM Sunday the stage was 14.97 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 15.3 feet by early Tuesday
  morning then begin falling.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet...Flood waters will affect yards in the Pines area, Coxs
  Pond area, and along River Road. Additional residential property will be
  affected between the Pepsi plant and the river on the east side of Lumberton.

* At  8:00 PM Sunday the stage was 10.02 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 10.9 feet by early Thursday
  afternoon then begin falling.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet...Flood waters will continue to rise in the Fork Retch
  community located near Nichols. Flood waters will begin to affect some homes
  at Fork Retch. Swampland flooding will increase.

  The Waccamaw At Conway.
* until further notice.
* At  8:15 PM Sunday the stage was 11.51 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 12.8 feet by early Friday
  afternoon then begin falling.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet...Flooding will occur in residential areas off Business
  501, Highway 905 and Highway 90. Water levels one foot deep will surround
  approximately 20 homes in the Savannah Bluff area. Flood waters will also
  surround homes in the Lees Landing, Pitch Landing and Riverfront South
  communties. Flooding will occur near a few homes on Oak Street as well as at
  Punch Bowl and Pitch Landing.

  The Great Pee Dee At Pee Dee.
* until further notice.
* At  8:00 PM Sunday the stage was 21.34 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 21.7 feet by tomorrow
  morning then begin falling.
* Impact...At 23.0 feet...Flooding will affect swamp and timberlands while also
  disrupting logging operations. Operations will likely cease and equipment not
  previously moved will remain trapped. Some farmland will have minor flooding
  especially around Britton Neck.

* At  8:00 PM Sunday the stage was 10.31 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by late
  tonight.
* Impact...At 10.5 feet...Floodwaters begin to affect portions of East Black
  Creek Road.

* At  8:00 PM Sunday the stage was 12.91 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 13.0 feet by after midnight
  tonight then begin falling.
* Impact...At 14.0 feet...Flood waters will continue to affect immediate areas
  along the river bed. Rising water levels will also reach Highway 41 at Andrews
  at 14.5 feet.
