  DELAWARE COUNTY IN CENTRAL OHIO...

* UNTIL 600 PM EDT.

* AT 405 PM EDT...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN
  LIFTING NORTH ACROSS DELAWARE COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES
  INDICATE THAT 1 TO LOCALLY 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 3
  PM. UP TO ANOTHER INCH OF RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH 5 PM.

* MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING AND POORLY DRAINED STREETS...HIGHWAYS
  AND UNDERPASSES WILL OCCUR. IN ADDITION...FARMLAND NEAR CREEKS...
  STREAMS AND DRAINAGE DITCHES WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING.
