...THE FLOOD ADVISORY FOR SOUTHWESTERN HOCKING...NORTHEASTERN ROSS
AND SOUTHERN PICKAWAY COUNTIES REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 PM EDT...

AT 1011 PM EDT...RADAR INDICATED THAT STORMS HAVE MOVED OUT OF THE
ADVISORY AREA. HOWEVER...RUNOFF FROM RECENT RAINS CONTINUE...WHICH
COULD RESULT IN SOME LOCALIZED FLOODING...ESPECIALLY ALONG CREEKS
AND STREAMS.

MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING AND POORLY DRAINED STREETS...HIGHWAYS AND
UNDERPASSES WILL CONTINUE TO OCCUR. IN ADDITION...FARMLAND NEAR
CREEKS...STREAMS AND DRAINAGE DITCHES WILL CONTINUE TO EXPERIENCE
MINOR FLOODING.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE
KINGSTON...FRANKFORT...LAURELVILLE...CLARKSBURG...ADELPHI...ANDERSONVILLE...
PICKAWAY COUNTY AIRPORT...WHISLER...HALLSVILLE AND AUSTIN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT ENTER OR CROSS FLOWING WATER OR WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.
