  CENTRAL JOHNSTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 830 AM CDT

* AT 523 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR AND AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGES INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN WHICH WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.
  UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN. ADDITIONAL MODERATE
  TO HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE AREA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  TISHOMINGO...RAVIA...MILL CREEK...MILBURN...REAGAN...RUSSETT...
  PONTOTOC AND CONNERVILLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND
UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
TURN AROUND...DON`T DROWN.
