The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  The Cimarron River near Ripley.

* At 9 AM Saturday the stage was 12.7 feet.

* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

* Forecast: The Cimarron River is now forecast to crest below flood
  stage near 16.8 feet mid Sunday morning. Any additional forecast
  information will be issued via hydrologic statements for this
  location for this event.

* Impact...At 17.0 feet...Places along the Cimarron River valley in
  Payne County are briefly flooded. Agricultural lands and oil wells
  located near the channel are isolated by water in cutoff channels
  along the river valley.
