...The flood advisory continues for the Ohio River...

  Ohio River At Pittsburgh affecting Allegheny County.

.Rainfall of about three quarters of an inch to one inch over
the last 24 hours resulted in a rise of the Ohio River at
the Point in Pittsburgh. The river should crest near 23.5 feet
by tomorrow morning and begin to fall through midweek.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Ohio River At Pittsburgh.
* until Thursday morning.
* At 11AM Sunday the stage was 19.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to near 23.5 feet tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 23.0 feet, Clemente Park is flooded.
  At 22.0 feet, The Tenth Street Bypass floods.
  At 20.0 feet, Water is up to one foot deep in the lower
  areas of the North Shore Riverwalk.
  At 19.5 feet the Mon Parking Wharf is completely flooded.
