  SOUTHEASTERN OSAGE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...
  PAWNEE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...
  CENTRAL TULSA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 1215 AM CDT

* AT 1050 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH
HEAVY RAIN 2 MILES SOUTH OF WESTPORT...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH. RADAR
RAINFALL ESTIMATES SUGGEST BETWEEN AN INCH AND 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN
HAS FALLEN ALONG THE PATH OF THE STORM AS IT TRACKS EAST TOWARD
TULSA.

* LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE...WALNUT CREEK STATE PARK...KEYSTONE STATE PARK...SAND
  SPRINGS...GRAY...SPERRY...TULSA...TULSA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND
  OWASSO.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
