* FLOOD ADVISORY FOR RAPID RISES IN NORMALLY DRY WASHES IN...
  SOUTHEASTERN INYO COUNTY IN EASTERN CALIFORNIA...

* UNTIL 500 PM PDT

* AT 301 PM PDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS
TRAINING OVER THE EAST AND SOUTHEAST PORTIONS OF DEATH VALLEY
NATIONAL PARK. RUNOFF FROM THE HEAVY RAIN WILL FLOW ACROSS MANY OF
THE LOW WATER CROSSINGS INSIDE THE PARK.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  BADWATER BASIN...FURNACE CREEK...DEATH VALLEY
JUNCTION...SHOSHONE...TEXAS SPRINGS CAMPGROUND AND STATE ROUTES 127
AND 178.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

HEAVY RAIN WILL LEAD TO FLOWING WATER IN NORMALLY DRY WASHES AND
PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS. LOW WATER CROSSINGS CAN BE DANGEROUS IN
HEAVY RAIN. DO NOT DRIVE INTO FLOODED ROADS OR LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
