...THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DETROIT/PONTIAC HAS ISSUED A FLOOD
WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING IN SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN...

  Saginaw River

.Heavy rainfall of 2 to 7 inches across the drainage basin and
especially upstream on the Tittabawassee River basin will cause
a significant rise in the Saginaw River.

The National Weather Service Detroit/Pontiac has issued a

* Flood warning for
  the Saginaw River at Saginaw.
* From now until further notice.
* At 10 AM Friday the stage is 15.1 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast is to rise above flood stage by tonight...
  and crest around 20.5 feet Sunday morning.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest
  of 19.6 feet on Apr 8 2017.
