WEAK INSTABILITY AND COLD AIR ALOFT WILL TRIGGER BRIEF SHOWERS...
WITH POSSIBLE SMALL HAIL THIS AFTERNOON.

SURFACE WINDS WILL BE FROM THE WEST-NORTHWEST 5 TO 10 MPH AT
DAYBREAK...THEN BECOME MORE NORTHWEST AROUND 10 MPH BY AFTERNOON.
TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE NORTHWEST AT 10 TO 15 MPH WITH MAX MIXING
HEIGHTS 6000 TO 7000 FEET. MIN RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL BE AROUND
