.DISCUSSION...AN UPPER-LEVEL TROUGH JUST OFF THE SOUTHEASTERN
COAST WILL CONTINUE TO SLOWLY MOVE WESTWARD INTO TUESDAY. GOOD
MOISTURE AND WEAK UPPER LEVEL ENERGY WILL SUPPORT AT LEAST ISOLATED
TO SCATTERED AFTERNOON OR EVENING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
EACH DAY.

INCREASED LOW-LEVEL MOISTURE IS EXPECTED TO PRODUCE SOME STRATUS
CLOUDS THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS...WITH JUST PATCHY LIGHT FOG
DEVELOPING.

SURFACE WINDS WILL BE FROM THE NORTHEAST AROUND 5 MPH...THEN
INCREASE TO 5 TO 10 MPH BY AFTERNOON. TRANSPORT WINDS WILL
INCREASE TO AROUND 10 MPH. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL DROP INTO
THE 40 TO 50 PERCENT RANGE.
