Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central Pennsylvania
National Weather Service State College PA
454 AM EDT Mon May 29 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Showers around this morning will push off to the east for the most
part. However, the surface trough driving the showers will stall
out over the state today. This will hold a chance for showers into
the afternoon for locations in the Susquehanna Valley. The wind
will become westerly over the west, but stay light and southeasterly
in the east. Min RH will not get below 70 pct in the east, but will
near 50 pct elsewhere. But, the RH climbs to near 100 pct for most
of the area tonight.

Another surface trough/front will approach from the NW tonight and
move in on Tuesday. This will trigger showers and thunderstorms for
the daytime on Tuesday. Some of these storms could make gusty winds.
RH will dip into the 50s in the west, but stay up around 70 pct in
the east.
