.DISCUSSION...Ridging aloft currently occurring over the region, and
surface high pressure centered in Quebec will expand across the
eastern Great Lakes through the end of this week and into the early
part of next week. Warm air advection will bring temperatures well
above late September average values, with highs into the upper 80s
expected. Surface moisture content will stay elevated as well with
minimum RH values staying above 50 percent through the end of the
week.
