.DISCUSSION...A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM AND COLD FRONT WILL MOVE
THROUGH EASTERN MONTANA TODAY. GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP
BEHIND THE FRONT WITH LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY ESPECIALLY OVER FORT
PECK LAKE AND SOUTH OF THE LAKE. HUMIDITY WILL REMAIN HIGHER TO
THE EAST WITH A GOOD CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS. AN UPPER LEVEL
