FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR SOUTHEAST TEXAS
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HOUSTON/GALVESTON TX
725 AM CST SAT JAN 31 2015

.DISCUSSION...

LOW LEVEL MOISTURE WILL CONTINUE TO SLOWLY INCREASE ACROSS
SOUTHEAST TEXAS TODAY AS DISTURBANCES CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS
FROM THE WEST. THE COMBINATION OF THESE TWO FEATURES WILL
ALLOW FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LIGHT PRECIPITATION BY LATE THIS
AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT.

A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA ON SUNDAY...BRINGING
GUSTY NORTHERLY WINDS AND AN END TO RAIN CHANCES AS MUCH DRIER AIR
FILTERS INTO THE AREA ON MONDAY. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES BEHIND
THE FRONT ON MONDAY MAY DROP NEAR OR BELOW 40 PERCENT ALONG AND NORTH
OF A BRENHAM TO LIVINGSTON LINE.
