FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR NORTHERN ALABAMA
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HUNTSVILLE AL
352 AM CDT THU JUL 24 2014

.DISCUSSION...
MORNING DENSE FOG AND LOW CLOUDS WILL DISSIPATE THIS MORNING.
A COOL FRONT WILL GENERATE SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS LATE THIS MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON HOURS.
THESE WILL SHIFT SOUTHEAST OF THE AREA BY THIS EVENING AS
DRIER AIR BEGINS TO FILTER IN. HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE
OHIO AND MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEYS WILL PROVIDE A VERY WARM
BUT DRY DAY FRIDAY ALONG WITH FAIR TO GENERALLY GOOD SMOKE
DISPERSION. SOUTHWESTERLY FLOW WILL DEVELOP ON SATURDAY AND
SUNDAY BRINGING HUMID AIR BACK INTO THE REGION.
