Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central/Southeast Illinois
National Weather Service Lincoln IL
238 PM CDT Thu Oct 19 2017

.DISCUSSION...

With high pressure remaining off to our east, a couple more days
of dry and warm conditions are on tap. Despite this, ventilation
rates will result in poor to fair burning conditions on Friday,
although some improvement is expected Saturday as winds pick
up a bit.

A cold front will push into central Illinois Saturday night,
bringing widespread showers and scattered thunderstorms which
will continue Sunday. Much cooler conditions will be on tap as
the new work week begins.
