.DISCUSSION...
High ground level humidity has allowed dense fog to develop in
some areas this morning. The fog should dissipate after 9-10am,
with mostly sunny skies during the afternoon. Winds will be
south to southwest today, then shift toward southeast later
tonight and Monday. Ventilation rates will be poor today, then
improve to good tomorrow, as winds increase and showers develop
from west to east.
