Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central/Southeast Illinois
National Weather Service Lincoln IL
409 AM CDT Wed Apr 26 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Poor burning conditions are expected over the next several
days, due to the amount of rain that will be falling. The
first round of showers and thunderstorms, which will affect
central and southeast Illinois through early Thursday, is
expected to produce around 2 inches of rain near the I-55
corridor, with up to an inch near the Indiana border.
Additional rain will be moving into the area on Friday, and
rain will be fairly widespread through the weekend, with a
few more inches likely.
