...Increasing thunderstorm threat Monday into Tuesday...

.DISCUSSION...

Idaho: A very hot and dry atmosphere is expected this weekend.
Along with the very low afternoon RH, overnight thermal belts
will be quite strong. The air mass should moisten slightly Sunday
night into Monday, then moisten further by early morning Tuesday.
Initially, any storms that develop may not produce much
precipitation. However, as the air mass moistens further later
Monday into Tuesday, wetter showers and thunderstorms are
expected.

Montana: Critical fire weather conditions are expected,
especially across northwest Montana where very dry fuel
conditions/fire danger will be further exaggerated by very low
relative humidity, hot temperatures, local breezy conditions, and
an unstable atmosphere this afternoon. The heat and low RH will
continue into Sunday with very strong overnight thermal belts.
The air mass should moisten slightly Sunday night into Monday,
then moisten even further by early morning Tuesday. Initially, any
storms that develop may not produce much precipitation. However,
as the air mass moistens further later Monday into Tuesday, wetter
showers and thunderstorms are expected.
