.DISCUSSION...

Several weak waves of low pressure will move along a stalled frontal
boundary near Delmarva through Friday. An unseasonably strong low
pressure system will organize over the middle Atlantic Friday night,
and setup anchor off the Delmarva coast through Monday, moving out
to sea by Tuesday. Meanwhile, high pressure in the upper Mississippi
Valley on Monday will settle over the mid Atlantic during midweek.
