Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southwest and South-Central
Arizona and Southeast California
National Weather Service Phoenix AZ
225 PM MST Sun May 28 2017

.DISCUSSION...
Warm and dry conditions will continue across the deserts while
enough moisture moves into far eastern Arizona starting Monday to
introduce a slight chance of thunderstorms. With dry conditions
in the low levels, dry lightning will be a threat east of Globe
with mostly small chances of wetting rains. Minimum humidities
will remain low, generally between 5 and 15 percent. Winds over
the deserts will remain light overall, but breezy southeasterly
winds will affect areas east of Phoenix mainly in the morning
hours for both Monday and Tuesday.

...Thunderstorms imply gusty winds...
