LOW PRESSURE OFF THE CALIFORNIA COAST WILL KEEP HIGH MOISTURE IN
PLACE FOR THE DISPATCH AREA, WITH SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
THROUGH THE WEEKEND. STORMS COULD BRING LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND
THE POSSIBILITY OF FLASH FLOODING, ESPECIALLY EAST OF THE CREST.
THE LOW WILL LINGER THROUGH EARLY NEXT WEEK WITH ISOLATED TO
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS EACH AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
