SET THE STAGE FOR AREAS OF DENSE FOG. FOR THE SPECIFIED BURN TIME...EXPECT
AREAS OF FOG IN THE MORNING WITH CLOUDY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES. FOG WILL BURN
OFF IN THE LATE MORNING WITH VISIBILITIES IMPROVING TOWARDS 11 AM. SOUTHEAST
WINDS RETURN BY MID MORNING WITH GUSTY WINDS BY THE AFTERNOON HOURS UP TO 30 MPH.
