OHIO VALLEY BY MONDAY WITH WINDS BECOMING SOUTHWEST BY MORNING. ALTHOUGH
NOT AS EXTREME AS SUNDAY...ESPECIALLY THE WIND...THE FIRE DANGER
WILL BE SOMEWHAT ELEVATED AGAIN MONDAY WITH WARM
TEMPERATURES...BRISK WINDS... AND LOW AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITY.
