.DISCUSSION...
HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE AREA TODAY BRINGING COOL AND
DRY WEATHER...WITH DIMINISHING WINDS THIS AFTERNOON AND LOW
RELATIVE HUMIDITY. THE HIGH WILL SLIDE EAST TONIGHT ALLOWING
FOR A NICE WARMUP ON WEDNESDAY...WHICH WILL BE ACCOMPANIED
BY STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS. GFDI VALUES APPEAR VERY HIGH ON
WEDNESDAY...ALTHOUGH THIS DOES NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE RECENT
WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAINS AND WET FUELS IN MOST AREAS.

THE GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER INDEX -GFDI- DOES NOT ACCOUNT FOR
PRECIPITATION THAT OCCURS OR ANY SNOW ON THE GROUND. PLEASE
MAKE APPROPRIATE ADJUSTMENTS.
