DECREASE QUICKLY TO 100-300 FT EARLY THIS EVENING WITH TRANSPORT
WINDS BECOMING MORE NORTHEAST THEN EAST AND DIMINISHING TO 3-5 MPH
DURING THIS TIME PERIOD. THIS WILL LEAD TO RAPIDLY DIMINISHING
DISPERSION INDICES AS WELL. RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL RECOVER
MODERATELY OVERNIGHT WITH CURRENT MINIMUMS AROUND 20-25 PERCENT
INCREASING INTO THE 30-40 PERCENT RANGE BY 9 PM AND INTO THE 50-60
PERCENT RANGE AFTER MIDNIGHT.
