.DISCUSSION...
A low pressure system will move through central California
Thursday afternoon through Friday. Rain will begin over the burn
area late Thursday evening, turning to snow showers around midday
Friday as snow levels lower through the day. Precipitation amounts
will be on the light side, with about a tenth of an inch of rain
expected before changing to snow and accumulating about an inch
Friday afternoon. A chance of snow showers will continue Friday
night and into early Saturday.

EYE LEVEL WINDS.....Northeast 1-3 mph until 1200 PST, then becoming
