.DISCUSSION...

Onshore flow will result in low clouds and fog this morning near
and east of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It looks like skies should
clear during the late morning, but the exact timing is a bit
uncertain. To the west, an approaching front will spark scattered
showers and thunderstorms this afternoon, which could potentially
affect the area after 2 PM. Low clouds and fog may redevelop
late tonight into Wednesday morning, but may not persist as long.

A second front crossing the area late Wednesday will bring
another chance of showers and thunderstorms. High pressure will
build across the area Thursday. Another frontal system will drift
southward into the Mid Atlantic this coming weekend.
