WITH DRY CONDITIONS EXPECTED. LIGHT WEST WINDS EARLY THIS MORNING
WILL GRADUALLY BECOME SOUTHEAST AROUND 5 MPH BY 10 TO 11 AM, THEN
SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH BY 1 PM AS THE ATLANTIC SEA BREEZE MOVES
INLAND. DISPERSION VALUES WILL BE POOR THIS MORNING AND ONLY IMPROVE
TO FAIR DURING THE AFTERNOON AS WINDS REMAIN RATHER LIGHT.
