bring cooler and cloudy weather for most of the day Thursday.
Terrain will be obscured by clouds with very light and possibly
measurable precipitation, mainly in the morning. Humidity will
remain rather high until clouds clear late in the afternoon.
Warmer and drier weather returns Friday.
