bring rain and breezy winds as it moves south across the area
starting late today and continuing through Tuesday. A second wet and
windy frontal system will affect the area Tuesday night through
Thursday. A third frontal system is expected to arrive around
Saturday.

 Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
