THIS TIME OF YEAR THROUGH FRIDAY AND BEYOND. DRY AIR ALOFT WILL
ONLY ALLOW FAIR TO POOR RELATIVE HUMIDITY RECOVERY ON TERRAIN THAT
STICKS UP ABOVE THE NIGHTTIME INVERSION. AT ELEVATIONS ABOVE
2000-2500 FEET...RH MAY EVEN DROP DURING THE PRE-DAWN HOURS ON
