SILVERADO BURN SCAR AREA. THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL RATES WILL OCCUR
DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS TODAY...WITH THE HEAVIEST
SHOWERS/THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING RATES AT OR EXCEEDING 1 INCH PER
