.DISCUSSION...High pressure will build over the area today before
starting to shift east tomorrow ahead of a storm system that will
impact Utah on Thursday. Ahead of the storm, southerly winds will
be on the increase Wednesday afternoon through Thursday,
resulting in somewhat improved mixing. The storm and associated
front are currently expected to move through the burn site
Thursday evening/night, bringing much colder air and a quick shot
of snow. Associated accumulations are currently expected to be two
