WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS....A 29.6 INCH LOW LIES OFF THE COAST OF THE CANADIAN
MARITIMES WITH A COLD FRONT EXTENDING INTO DOWNSTATE ILLINOIS. THE
FRONT WILL MOVE TO THE EAST COAST BY MIDDAY WEDNESDAY WHILE HIGH
PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES BUILDS FROM THE UPPER MIDWEST INTO THE
CENTRAL GREAT LAKES REGION. MEANWHILE...AN 29.8 INCH LOW WILL FORM
OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS TONIGHT THEN MOVE TO NORTHERN OHIO MIDDAY
THURSDAY. A RIDGE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES WILL BUILD OVER LAKE
MICHIGAN THURSDAY NIGHT...THEN SLIDE TO THE EASTERN LAKES
SATURDAY.
