WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES CENTERED OVER THE
MISSOURI RIVER VALLEY EARLY THIS MORNING WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS
THE MIDWEST AND SOUTHERN GREAT LAKES REGION TODAY. AS THE HIGH
CONTINUES EAST TO THE ATLANTIC COAST TONIGHT...LOW PRESSURE OF
29.5 INCHES WILL DEVELOP WITHIN A TROUGH OVER THE PLAINS OF
EASTERN NEBRASKA. THIS LOW WILL WEAKEN BRIEFLY AS IT MOVES
NORTHEAST ACROSS WISCONSIN AND NORTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN ON
TUESDAY...BEFORE DEEPENING AGAIN AND EVENTUALLY MERGING WITH
ANOTHER LOW AT 29.1 INCHES NEAR JAMES BAY BY WEDNESDAY MORNING.
HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES BUILD SLOWLY SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE
NORTHERN PLAINS AND EVENTUALLY INTO THE LOWER OHIO VALLEY THROUGH
THURSDAY. THE HIGH WILL DRIFT SOUTHEAST OF THE OHIO RIVER
FRIDAY... WHILE A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES
MOVES ACROSS ONTARIO AND THE NORTHERN LAKES.
