HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL DISCUSSION:
:
ANOTHER DRY DAY IS FORECAST BEFORE THE NEXT CHANCE FOR
PRECIPITATION ARRIVES TOMORROW MORNING FOR WESTERN NEW YORK AS A
COOL FRONT ADVANCES TOWARD THE REGION FROM THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES
.  THIS FRONT WILL QUICKLY ADVANCE THROUGH NEW ENGLAND ON SUNDAY
AND WILL BE FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER COOL FRONT MONDAY. BOTH WILL
PROVIDE FOR SHOWERS AND STORMS AS MOISTURE WILL BE ON THE INCREASE
ACROSS NEW YORK STATE OVERNIGHT TONIGHT. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL
IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP WITH EMBEDDED CONVECTION. POTENTIAL FOR
FLASH FLOODING AND FLOODING WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE EARLY HALF
OF NEXT WEEK. FORECAST PRECIPITATION AMOUNTS ARE ANYWHERE FROM A
FEW HUNDREDTHS TO ABOUT ONE INCH FOR THE NERFC FORECAST BASINS
THROUGH MONDAY MORNING.

DURING THE 24 HOURS ENDING AT 8AM THIS MORNING THERE WAS NO
PRECIPITATION ACROSS THE NERFC REGION.
