THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA...CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND
NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

WESTERLY WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH WILL BRING A DRY AIRMASS INTO THE
AREA TODAY WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES FALLING TO THE
LOWER 20 PERCENT RANGE. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL OCCUR ALONG THE
NORTH DAKOTA...SOUTH DAKOTA BORDER WHERE VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER
CAN BE EXPECTED.
