This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Hazardous wind chills this morning will range from 20 to 30 below
zero through 10 am.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Snow will move into the area Thursday afternoon into the overnight with
west central Minnesota and southeast North Dakota seeing the
highest risk for travel impacts. There is potential for banding
with higher totals in west central Minnesota.
