This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western Upper
Michigan and central Upper Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

North wind gusts as high as 70 mph are expected from the Keweenaw
Peninsula eastward along Lake Superior to Munising today. These
strong winds will build waves to 25 feet or higher on Lake
Superior today, leading to significant beach erosion and
lakeshore flooding on susceptible beaches. See the latest warnings

Winds across interior portions of Upper Michigan will gust 40 to
50 mph today. See the latest wind advisories for more details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Several inches of snow is possible over portions of western Upper
Michigan Thursday night into Friday night. Snowfall amounts will
be very dependent on the exact track of the system, so stay
updated

Superior...Central Lake Superior and Western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Northerly storms to 60 knots today. The strongest winds will be
over central Lake Superior, where a few hurricane force gusts to
65 knots will be possible. See the latest Marine Weather Message

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

North to northeasterly storm force winds to 40 knots will be
possible across western and central Lake Superior Thursday night
into Friday morning.
