MICHIGAN MONDAY INTO TUESDAY. STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS GUSTING TO 45
MPH AT TIMES NEAR CENTRAL LAKE SUPERIOR WILL ALSO PRODUCE BLOWING AND
DRIFTING OF SNOW AND LOWER VISIBILITY MONDAY AFTERNOON INTO EARLY
