            UPDATED THE EF RATING TO EF1. THIS IS BASED ON ADDITIONAL
            SURVEY INFORMATION COLLECTED SEPTEMBER 20TH, THAT
            EXTENDED THE TRACK EAST, TO A TOTAL LENGTH OF 1 MILE.
            THIS IS BASED PRIMARILY ON TREE DAMAGE ON THE EASTERN
            HALF OF THE TRACK, THAT INCLUDED 6 FIR TREES FROM 4 TO 12
            INCHES IN DIAMETER THAT WERE SNAPPED. MAXIMUM ESTIMATED
            WIND SPEEDS ARE 86 TO 105 MPH. THE TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN
            ALONG GREEN MOUNTAIN DRIVE. ESTIMATED PATH WIDTH 500 FEET.
            IN ADDITION TO TREE DAMAGE, FIVE FARM BUILDINGS DAMAGED
            AND TWO POWER POLES WERE DOWNED.
