AREAS OF FOG...SOME LOCALLY DENSE SEA FOG WILL OCCUR ALONG THE
GEORGIA AND SOUTH CAROLINA COASTS THROUGH LATE MORNING.
VISIBILITIES WILL BE AS LOW AS NEAR 3/4 OR 1 NM...EXCEPT FOR DENSE
FOG PATCHES OCCASIONALLY NEAR ZERO AT TIMES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS ARE URGED TO NAVIGATE WITH EXTREME CARE. IF YOU MUST
NAVIGATE IN THESE CONDITIONS...PROCEED WITH CAUTION. USE PROPER
FOG SIGNALS...INCLUDING FOG HORNS. MAKE SURE ALL NAVIGATIONAL
RUNNING LIGHTS ARE ON.
