CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS
WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR MATAGORDA ISLAND 607
TO 7 NM EAST OF GALVESTON A196...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 20 KNOTS. THESE
STORMS SHOULD APPROACH MATAGORDA ISLAND AROUND 445 AM.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
