THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS FROM SCHOOL
HOUSE REEF TO 9 NM SOUTHEAST OF SHEEPSHEAD ROCK...MOVING NORTHEAST
AT 25 KNOTS. WATERSPOUTS WILL CONTINUE TO BE A RISK THROUGH MIDDAY.

SOME LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE 10 MILE BOXCARS...10 MILE ROCKS...5
MILE BOXCARS...BILLY MURRELL REEF...BUOY OFF CAROLINA BEACH...DALLAS
ROCK...DREDGE WRECK...FIGURE EIGHT ISLAND...HARRIS REEF...JOHNNY
MERCER PIER...KURE BEACH AND KURE BEACH POINT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS...HEAVY RAIN AND CLOUD TO
SEA LIGHTNING. WIND GUSTS UP TO 30 KNOTS WILL CAUSE ROUGH SEAS WHILE
HEAVY RAIN WILL RESTRICT THE VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN 1 NM AT TIMES.
SEEK SAFE HARBOR IF POSSIBLE AND MAKE SURE YOU AND YOUR PASSENGERS
ARE WEARING LIFE JACKETS.
