The areas affected include...
  Coastal waters from Altamaha Sound to Fernandina Beach FL out 20
  NM...
  Waters from Altamaha Sound GA to Fernandina Beach FL from 20 to 60
  NM...

At 821 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of producing
winds to around 30 knots. Showers were located 14 nm north of Amelia
City, or 21 nm south of St. Simons Island, moving northeast at 30
knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...locally higher
waves...and an infrequent lightning strikes. Boaters should consider
seeking safe harbor until this storm passes.
