AT 302 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED NEAR THE CENTER OF ROANOKE SOUND...MOVING EAST AT 30 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS
SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
