AT 438 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS AND SMALL HAIL. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR THE
VICINITY OF TRENT RIVER TO 21 NM NORTH OF THE VICINITY OF HIGHWAY 24-
17 BRIDGE...MOVING EAST AT 15 KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  MID POINT OF CHERRY BRANCH-MINNESOTT BEACH FERRY TERMINAL AROUND
  520 PM EDT.
  ORIENTAL AROUND 540 PM EDT.
  THE MOUTH OF THE NEUSE RIVER AND THE VICINITY OF TRENT RIVER
  AROUND 545 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK
SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.

THESE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE WINDS TO AROUND 30
KNOTS AND HAIL...AND COULD POSE A SERIOUS HAZARD FOR BOATERS. A
SPECIAL MARINE WARNING MAY EVENTUALLY BE REQUIRED WHEN THESE STORMS
REACH THE NEARSHORE WATERS. BOATERS SHOULD CONSIDER HEADING FOR
