  SEBASTIAN INLET TO FORT PIERCE INLET 0-20 NM...

AT 139 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED DEVELOPING THUNDERSTORMS
ALONG THE EAST COAST SEA BREEZE...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO
AROUND 30 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED FROM FELLSMERE TO
FORT PIERCE...MOVING EAST AT 15 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
