...STRONG SOUTHEAST WINDS EXPECTED TODAY ACROSS THE LAGUNA
MADRE...

.HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE GULF OF MEXICO WILL INTERACT WITH LOW
PRESSURE OVER NORTHERN MEXICO TO PRODUCE MODERATE TO STRONG
SOUTHEASTERLY FLOW THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THE EARLY EVENING HOURS
OVER THE LAGUNA MADRE. THIS SAME PATTERN WILL CONTINUE INTO
WEDNESDAY AS THE GRADIENT STRENGTHENS ONCE AGAIN ALONG THE LOWER
TEXAS COAST.

  ROUGH BAY WATERS ARE EXPECTED TODAY.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR WIND MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO
33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
