OVERNIGHT. IN RESPONSE...A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE COASTAL
WATERS AFTER MIDNIGHT. AS A RESULT...MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE
FLOW WILL DEVELOP. YET...WIND WILL DECREASE FROM WEST TO EAST
COMMENCING DURING THE MID MORNING HOURS MONDAY...AS THE CENTER OF
A SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHES THE COAST FROM THE
NORTHWEST.
