OF THE GULF WATERS AS WELL AS THE SOUTHERN BAYS TODAY...AS LOW
PRESSURE DEEPENS OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS STATES. THE STRONG FLOW
WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT BEFORE WEAKENING ON WEDNESDAY...AS A FRONTAL
BOUNDARY MOVES INTO SOUTH TEXAS.

PORT ARANSAS TO THE MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT TO 60 NM OFFSHORE.

* WINDS: SOUTH 20 TO 25 KNOTS.

* WAVES/SEAS: 4 TO 5 FEET BUILDING TO 5 TO 7 FEET WITH OCCASIONAL
  SEAS UP TO 9 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS OF 7 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
