.STRONG NORTH WINDS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP IN THE WAKE OF THE COLD
FRONT ACROSS THE BAYS AND COASTAL WATERS. FREQUENT WIND GUSTS TO
GALE FORCE ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS OVERNIGHT.
WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BEGIN DECREASING DURING THE MID TO LATE
MORNING SUNDAY.

* WAVES/SEAS...SEAS BUILDING TO 8 TO 10 FEET WITH OCCASIONAL
  SEAS UP TO 13 FEET THIS EVENING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.
