MORNING...

* WINDS...N WINDS 10 TO 20 KT. GUSTS UP TO 25 KT ACROSS THE
  WESTERN PORTION EARLY THIS MORNING. WINDS WILL SLOWLY EASE LATE
  THIS MORNING INTO THIS AFTERNOON.

* SEAS...N WAVES 6 TO 7 FT AT 8 SECONDS...AND SW 2 FT AT 16
  SECONDS. THE LARGEST WAVES WILL BE ACROSS THE NORTHWEST PORTION.
  WAVES WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE TODAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
