...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM PST
TUESDAY...

* WINDS...N 20 to 25 kt gusting to near 30 kt. Winds will
  gradually weaken overnight Monday.

* WAVES/SEAS...While seas will remain large late this afternoon,
  both the northwest swell and steep wind waves will very
  gradually subside through the night. Expect combined seas of
  14 to 17 feet Monday afternoon and evening, decreasing to 7 to
  9 feet by Tuesday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
