THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TIYAN HAS ISSUED A SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY FOR WINDS...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CHST THURSDAY.

* WINDS...EAST-NORTHEAST WINDS OF 20 TO 25 KNOTS WITH HIGHER GUSTS
  IN SHOWERS THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

* WAVES/SEAS...SEAS WILL STEADILY RISE TONIGHT FROM AROUND 7 FEET
  THIS EVENING TO NEAR 9 FEET BY WEDNESDAY MORNING. SEAS COULD
  RISE FURTHER TO ABOVE ADVISORY LEVELS BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS AND SHOULD
AVOID SHOALING AREAS. REMEMBER...BREAKING WAVES CAN EASILY
CAPSIZE EVEN LARGER VESSELS.
