TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS COULD ARRIVE TO THE COAST AS EARLY AS
FRIDAY MORNING AND HURRICANE CONDITIONS COULD OCCUR OVER THE GULF
WATERS WEST OF SAN LUIS PASS AS EARLY AS FRIDAY. THE STORM COULD
MAKE LANDFALL FRIDAY AFTERNOON OR EVENING MOST LIKELY ALONG THE
