* WINDS...SOUTH 15 TO 25 KT THIS AFTERNOON AND AGAIN FROM MID-
  MORNING THURSDAY THROUGH LATE THURSDAY NIGHT.

* SEAS...MIXED SOUTH AND SOUTHWEST SWELLS WILL COMBINE TO CREATE
  SEAS 8 TO 10 FEET THIS AFTERNOON. SEAS WILL SUBSIDE SLIGHTLY
  TONIGHT...THEN BUILD BACK TO 11 TO 12 FEET THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
  SWELL WILL BECOME WESTERLY THURSDAY NIGHT AND BUILD TO 15 TO 16
  FEET. SEAS WILL SUBSIDE TO 13 FEET FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY...THEN
  TO 11 TO 13 FEET SATURDAY NIGHT. SEAS WILL FINALLY SUBSIDE
  BELOW 10 FEET SUNDAY EVENING.
