OVER THE WATERS EARLY THIS MORNING IN THE WAKE OF A COLD FRONT
MOVING OFFSHORE. SEAS 5 TO 7 FEET OVER THE OUTER PORTIONS OF THE
CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN WATERS WILL SUBSIDE TO 3 TO 5 FEET BY MID
MORNING.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS OF 6 FT OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
